Linky Love Friday, January 18th
January 18th, 2008 Posted in Linky Love
I’ve decided to make every Friday Linky Love day. I read lots of blogs and often find great tips or writing advice, but I rarely share them. So I decided to declare an official Linky Love day and start sharing some of this great stuff with you!
Here are this week’s links:
- Maria wrote a post called 20 Tips for Good Blogging. She’s got some great tips in there, so if you’re a new blogger, or want to beef up your blogging, go check out that one.
- Jennifer at Writing Forward started a challenge on January 10th, to see who can write an ebook in two weeks. Even though the challenge is nearly over, don’t let that stop you. Go check out her post, then get busy writing that ebook you’ve been talking about for so long!
- I found this next blog at the recommendation of ProBlogger on Twitter the other day. Scribbles & Words has a really good post on some of the best Word Press plugins to use on your blog. I love the title of the post: Turn Your Blog Into A Chocolaty Cake with WordPress Plugins.
- If your creativity level has been low, Mark Seall offers six great tips for more creative blogging. These are simple and fun ideas that will get your creative juices flowing again.
- Josh Spaulding is writing a series of posts on creating and marketing an ebook. You can click here for Part 1 of this series, then continue reading on his blog….GOOD STUFF!

If you publish a newsletter, you can take tidbits of it and use them as posts for your blog. Double exposure!
Many of the posts on my blog at http://yvonneperry.blogspot.com are from my newsletter. Also, if you have written a book and want to promote it, you can post excerpts from the book and use them as blog posts to generate interest.
